HSWA 2015 is a law that sets out the principles, duties and rights in relation to workplace Health and Safety.  We all are responsible to prevent or eliminate any health hazard. As a client, if you are in business, you are a PCBU (Person Conducting a Business or an Undertaking).

You are equally responsible for people operating in your business premises, so hiring or contracting people, who are not trained can put your business at risk. Employing workers who aren’t educated and familiar with Health & Safety practice means you are risking and sharing the burden of their liabilities. In the event of any an accident, work safe penalties are very serious and you may be exposed to it.
